Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa provides admission to students aspiring to build their career in the hospitality industry on the basis of their performance in personal interview round.

It may be noted that till 2016, the institute conducted a written test to offer admission to candidates in its hospitality management programme. However, now the institute has scrapped the written test.

Ecole Hoteliere at Lavasa offers two undergraduate hotel management programmes certified by Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland as mentioned below:

• Four-year Hospitality Management Programme

• One-year Advanced Culinary Programme

Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa eligibility criteria for hospitality and culinary programmes is as mentioned below:

Four-Year Hospitality Management Programme

All candidates who have cleared Standard XII in any stream or junior college fulfill eligibility criteria for Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa admissions 2018. The acceptable qualifications include Higher Secondary Certificate, Indian School Certificate, Higher School Certificate, Intermediate Certificate, All India Senior School Certificate, International Baccalaureate Programme or its equivalent.

Candidates who are awaiting their Standard XII exam results also meet the Ecole Hoteliere Lavasa eligibility criteria. However, if selected, such candidates are provided provisional admission at the college. Candidates who are awaiting their Class XII results need to submit all required educational certificates by the stipulated date mentioned by the college. 

One-Year Advanced Culinary Programme
